Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on order status, product condition, market, and applicable consumer protection rules. Customers should contact MELT support with an order number before returning any item.

Shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are handled through Shopify order records. Approved refunds are processed back through the original Shopify payment method where available.
